  • No tenancy rights are created by use of our services

2.2 Platform Role

Nest Curator:

  • Facilitates access to properties operated by independent hosts (“Curators”)
  • Provides operational systems, communication, and coordination
  • Manages onboarding, membership structure, and platform standards

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Pass any required screening or verification processes

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.

4. Membership & Access

4.1 Membership Requirement

Access to properties requires an active membership, which may include:

7. Property Use & Conditions

Properties are shared environments. Nest Curator does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility with other members
  • Noise levels or lifestyle preferences

7.2 Condition of Property

Properties are provided “as-is.” While we aim to maintain standards:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • Temporary issues (maintenance, utilities, etc.) may occur

8. Monitoring & Safety Systems

Properties may include:

  • Security cameras in common areas
  • Smart locks and access tracking systems
  • Monitoring for safety and compliance

By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to such systems where permitted by law.

9. Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive:

  • SMS messages
  • Emails
  • Calls related to your membership and services

Standard messaging rates may apply.

You may opt out of non-essential communications.

10. Intellectual Property

All Website content, branding, and systems are the property of Nest Curator.

You may not:
